Mind you I only realised the other week the one I am using can go horizontal (not the actual column, but the head can) I wish my OH had told me about that before

is it the 055XPROB orthe 190XPROB.
I wanted the 190 but found it a bit short for me so decided (bad back and all) the 055 was best but due to price (for once I stuck to my budget) - went with the Slik 700DX.
I would have quite liked the swinging (to horizontal) function though.
Can't wait for the results !
