ditto, any news? i've been thinking about this as i know how frustrating it is.. my memory stick corrupted and i lost a big piece the morning of a deadline.. i nearly melted!

Hi guys, I was`nt being ignorant, my PC died during the week so I`m just getting my bookmarks back, [ when I can remember passwords 
].
I wonder now if the PC problem just before the motherboard died might have caused the issue with the card in the first place
I`ve been so busy getting a laptop online, [ bloomin` `orrible XP thing, blech ], and getting programs loaded in that I have`nt had chance to try and get the SD card seen yet but I have found a place only a couple of miles down the road who do data retrieval including for SD cards so hopefully I might be able to get it looked at tomorrow or the next day, please keep fingers crossed that they can save the pics and videos for me
[ Meanwhile my proper PC is being seen to by a friend who is rebuilding it better than it was and with more memory etc, and putting good `ol trusty 98SE back on it instead of crappy ME which was never supposed to be on there in the first place ]
