your 2nd image is fantastic. Very crisp, very detailed, very well focused, nice light, etc..

You first image would benefit from being taken in landscape format and include the whole 3 fruit in the frame.

nice work.......I may have to go pick some clementines from my orange grove now!!

Jack- your own orange grove ? lucky thing. You are right , th esecond opic works much better

Zoundz- thanks, try Ebay , I did have a more expensive one, and the kids spilt juice on it, and TBH this is just as good as the more expensive one.

Phil, yep, it is a large white pop up one, this is the one that almost broke my nose, and gave me a nose bleed, when I first unpacked it They are sort of sprung loaded, and me being a bit dopey, undid it too close to my face

fantastic shots, love them. Did you have to edit the levels or white balance at all?

These are basically straight out of the camera the trick with the light tent is to fiddle with lighting , till you got it sussed, and the different backdrops make a difference too Just type in light tent ,on Ebay, there are stacks of them,all basically the same, some are larger than others. Mine is big because I love flower still lifes, so I have a single stem vase that they stand in to keep still. So I needed my tent to be fairly tall.

I like #2 but I find that #1 is a tad overdone for me ...#2 has more depth to my eyes , I really like it
