ah right , that what i didnt check with speed, as i know slow shutter speed will make it blurry

1/100th isn't too slow compared to a 1/125th... Although I agree a faster shutter speed is helpful 
When you set the camera up - did you use the self timer?
If so - did you focus through the lens - and then go and sit in position?
If you did - what may have happened is that the camera focussed on the wall behind you, and when you sat down, you were outside of the focus plane...
If you have another go - focus on something that is the same distance from the camera as you will be, then press the button, sit down and count to ten

yes chris , did used a selftimer and stuck a sticker on back off the chair to focus. couldnt think of anything else
