I'd crop it so that there is about an inch and a 1/4 from her nose of white background, so that she's not completely central - but there isn't as much of the background visable

I love the first pic BUT i think the black block is to distracting from your main focus (eyes) If you lightenen it,i think the overall pic would work much better!
