I'd suggest keeping it. Your D200 is a good camera & will make a good backup.

You've had lots of replies, so I will keep it short.
If you are going to do paid jobs, where a camera failure would be catastrophic, especially if you have just travelled a fair distance, then you should have a backup.
If not, the sell
I personally could never cope with the loss of value, My 300D cost me £850, and now goes on eBay for about £130. My 30D cost me £800 and now goes for peanuts too. I gave my 300D to my wife along with some older lenses and have kept the 30D as a backup, as I do the occasional wedding, and occasionally go out for photographic days, travelling a couple of hundred miles, and would be gutted if my camera failed and I didn't have a backup.
Wasn't that short, sorry.
