...Arghhh!

My Mother-in-law wants to know if we want father-in -laws old camera wot she just found..

'it's a fancy german soundy thing and the lady at the camera shop said..are you REALLY selling'???

Or Zenit

My first slr was a Zenit. Weighed a ton and had a match needle selenium light meter on the top plate with the receptors just above the lens.

Certainly made one learn about the science of photography.

No auto exposure, stop down metering ..... nothing, but boy, did I enjoy it

I have my Grandad's Zenit amongst other old camera bits and bobs, it's an experience using it, and it is a brick-like in weight, mine does not look as well cared for as Steve's though

Fingers crossed it's a 'blad
