Re: Tower View

I would edit the tower out as it becomes more a blotch that size, imo :-/

Re: Tower View

Sally if you could have moved a bit to the right then you would have got the tree in as well as a clear shot of the tower.
But not having been there sometimes moving to a new position isn't always possible.

Quick tip, try looking at what you want to photo from different positions first if you have the time, it can make all the difference

Re: Tower View

I agree with Bazza - if you can't get the tower in a bit more in its own right, edit it out, as the tree is the focus point of this picture, and it's a nice pic, but the tower distracts.

Re: Tower View

Maybe I should have given this photo another title, instead of drawing attention to the tower, that you can barely see. I don't want to remove the tower, as then it could be a photo of anywhere in the country. I really like the way the tower is a distant view, but as I say, I should have called it something else, as the tower is not the main focus in the pic.

Any suggestions for a new name??

Re: Tower View

Not sure if this was shot in winter or autumn, the feature tree is without leaf but the hedge and the other trees seems well green, so perhaps Dying Tree, or Tree in Winter Sun would be OK.

Images do not really need a title the viewer can make of them what they like. Some images are obvious this is of a tree in a field and it is a nice shot, sadly, the tower does not mean much to the viewer.
