Agree that the photo had potential.

Location, light and composition are all good (although i would have gone wider to prevent chopping her finger off at the to of the frame 
)
It does look like camera shake - try not to go any lower than 1/125 with the shutter for hand held shots. If you need more light up the ISO and widen your aperture as far as it will go... Then get your self a flash

Agreed with the above - it does look like it had potential - but sadly is a bit blurry to be a great shot
