Water effect

Use a watering can over flowers for an actual raining effect.

Re: Water effect

Nah ...use a spray ..makes for much better pics Watering can tends to damage the flowers or leave HUGE blobs of water

Re: Water effect

Won't that just give a mist effect as against a raining one?

Re: Water effect

You have to spray them a fair bit Bazza (but obviously not too much).

Re: Water effect

I think it depends on the shot you're after.
If it's rain drops streaking through the shot, then Bazza'a idea works well...if it's the aftermath of a rain shower, with lots of little droplets of water on flower petals etc...then using a spray bottle on the " mist " setting works an absolute treat!

If however, like me, and you live in Scotland....we get rain all the bloomin' time, so there's no need for artificial rainfall.
