Fatsia Japonica

I got this as a tiny potted house plant. It is now a specimen shrub in my garden.

We have a big fatsia japonica - isn't it also called a castor oild plant or something.

It used to be very dark green but has got paler with age. Does your loose leaves / stems ?

Yes, Phil, it is also known as Castor Oil Plant. Mine has suffered this year from frost damage (browning of the leaves) but has now recovered.

I call it, a Castor Oil plant, we had a big one in Cheshire, I was thinking of something completely different with pretty flowers.
