Second pic uploaded using photobucket.............can't say i am impressed with the quality........it's awful..................will return to flickr but alas I cannot upload photos on here using it.

Photobucket wrecks pictures, as seen here Jols. I use Imageshack.

I'm not impressed with Photobucket any longer, seems to soften the images as I have seen with mine. I've been really busy with stuff the last few days so haven't had a chance to find something new but I've noticed it myself.

I thought you'd cracked the Flickr posting issue ?

I could post from flickr because I reverted back to the old set up...................but alas the old set up no longer exists and I have to use the new one.....................and thus wont be uploading anything....but not for the want of trying. lol

have you tried the flickr support or flickr forums?
I have found them both to be helpful in the past.

I've never had any problems with photobucket - do you resize _before_ uploading? That's how you get the best quality no matter which host you use.

no didnt resize..........will look again..........but as BC and Dawn say they are not impressed I don't think I will be wasting my time........

I always reduce images to 1000x1000 when uploading to Flickr or Photobucket.

The only site, and the very best in my opinion, that I will upload larger images and rely on the site to re-size, is Smugmug. The bee's knees.
